            Think about a silly diversion you’ve loved for a long time, whether it’s the ridiculous crooner you swooned to in high school, a predictable sitcom you can’t get enough of, a pop novel written to cheesy perfection, or a rousing game of Mario Kart.  Take a minute and think about the impact this diversion has had on your life, then write a dramatic tale in which it figures prominently.
